Kayla Rodgers, Co-CEO
Kayla Rodgers is an Emmy-nominated Television and Film Producer and correspondent. Starting her career as a child actress, she is a veteran in the industry. Whether she’s writing and producing numerous hours of content or conducting interviews for headline stories on the red carpet, entertainment is truly her passion. In the past she has worked for networks like CNN and NBC Universal, and produced content for HBO Max, CBS, Peacock and others. Kayla has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from California State University Northridge and believes education is the key to success. Kayla hopes her work continue to lift and inspire!
Shanyce (Rodgers) Moore, Co-CEO
Shanyce (Rodgers) Moore is a Registered Nurse who works with pediatric patients to help them heal from the inside out. After spending countless hours volunteering and working in the medical field, she believes that the best way to heal ailments is with spiritual care. In the past, she has worked at Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals of Cleveland, Emanate Health (formerly known as Foothill Presbyterian Hospital), and Temecula Valley Hospital. Shanyce has volunteered at a multitude of hospitals including UCLA Health, San Antonio Medical Center, and Loma Linda Children’s Hospital (which is her current place of employment).
Shanyce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Human Sciences from Loyola Marymount University, a Master of Nursing degree from Case Western Reserve University, as well as a Nurse Educator Post-Master’s certificate from West Coast University.
Kiana Rodgers, CO-CEO
Kiana Rodgers is an Environmental Engineer by trade, and has developed a passion for Sustainability and Environmental, Social, and Governmental (ESG) matters through her work experience and continued education. She has worked as a consultant in the private sector, and with various public organizations. She has a Master’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, in Development Practice, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. Kiana is a Southern California native, and currently resides in the Bay Area. In her free time she loves getting lost in nature, whether it be by kayak, hiking boots, or car for a road trip. You can often find her spending time with friends, attending a festival, or planning her next trip. She believes that once you find your passion, you should pursue it, whether it be through your career or as a hobby. Regardless of how you integrate it into your life, she recommends doing it often enough to keep your soul fed.
Delfred Rodgers, COO
Delfred Rodgers is an entrepreneur who specializes in Real Estate Consulting of residential properties. He enjoys consulting lenders with valuation trends and assisting small companies realize future profitability and growth. His past work opportunities have evolved over 38 years: consisting of Regional Manager to Area Consultant for Central and Southern California and the state of Alaska, as well as managing over 100 staff members and the contractor list for Finance Institutions (i.e. Great Western Bank, Bank of America, Citi Bank, and Fannie Mae). Delfred has been a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated for over 44 years and has always been an active volunteer for numerous urban youth events. He is a retired Deputy Probation Officer with Los Angeles County and is also a past owner of a Group Home for at-risk youth in Central California. Delfred is an active Christian and spends time sharing the Gospel as an ordained minister and teacher of the Holy Bible.
Delfred holds a multitude of degrees which include the following: an Associate of Arts degree in Behavioral Science from Chaffey College, Bachelor of Arts degree in African American Studies from California State University of Long Beach, and a Master of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management. He is also a member of the Appraisal Institute with an Senior Residential Appraiser (SRA) and Apraisal Instituste-Residential Review Specialist (AI-RRS) designations and holds a California Certified License of Real Estate Appraisal.
